Return/Refund Policy

Here at customer satisfaction is absolutely important to us. If the item you have purchased from us is defective when you receive it, you have 30 days to return it to us from the date it was shipped to you. For safety and sanitary reasons, we will not accept the return of the following items: CBD devices, disposables, and batteries. If a package must be Returned to Sender because the carrier was unable to collect an adult signature and proof of ID, reserves the right to deduct a $15 restocking fee from the refund of the order. Furthermore, reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to our facility and processed.

Please note that as of October 21, 2021, reserves the right to process refunds after 30 days of the order date. The change in carrier and the longer transit times mean that some packages are taking up to 30 days to be delivered.
